Welcome to TempMail. By accessing or using our websites, services, and associated APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptable Use

TempMail provides disposable email routing designed to protect your personal privacy from spam, data brokers, and untrusted platforms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You explicitly agree NOT to use the service to:

  • Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or identity theft.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or participate in botnet operations.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals or entities.
  • Bypass rate limits or attempt to compromise the integrity of our infrastructural nodes.

2. Service Limitations and Availability

Due to the volatile nature of temporary mail handling:

  • We do not guarantee the permanent delivery or storage of any specific email messages on the Free tier.
  • Active domains (@lycoris-temp.me, etc.) may be rotated or retired periodically to bypass network blocklists. We cannot guarantee domain permanence for anonymous users.
  • We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or block inbound traffic from specific sender domains if they threaten our network stability or violate our acceptable use standards.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. TempMail explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TempMail, its directors, employees, or functional partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us for our Services over the past twelve (12) months.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason—including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms of Service.
